This policy describes how Aleph Archives Sàrl ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through alephfront.com. It applies under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

## Controller and contact

Aleph Archives Sàrl, Chemin des Croix-Rouge 146, 1007 Lausanne, Switzerland.<br>
For any question or request about your data: [contact@alephfront.com](mailto:contact@alephfront.com).

## What we collect

**Contact form.** When you write to us, we receive your name, email address, company, the subject and your message. We use them only to answer you and to follow up on your request. The form is delivered to us through Formspark (submit-form.com), which processes the submission on our behalf.

**Spam protection.** The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. reCAPTCHA loads only once you start filling in the contact form, and sends technical data about your browser and your interaction with the page to Google. Google's [privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to that data.

**Server logs.** Like every web server, ours records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. We use these logs to run the site and to protect it against attacks, and we delete them after a limited period.

**Video.** The demo video on our Solutions page is hosted by YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; from then on, YouTube's privacy policy applies.

## What we do not do

We use no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics tool. Our fonts are served from our own server. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

## Retention

We keep your messages as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship that may follow, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

## Transfers abroad

Formspark and Google may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

## Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Write to [contact@alephfront.com](mailto:contact@alephfront.com); we answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with your local supervisory authority.

## Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
