The Client

Peugeot Outils Professionnels is the professional tools division born from two industrial heritages of excellence: the know-how of Peugeot, which has mastered the art of cutting since 1810, and the expertise of Tivoly, metalworker since 1917. The brand creates machines and tools for the most demanding professionals — from metal stationary machines and wood stationary machines to piston compressors, corded power tools, and concrete tools.

Their mission: support companies and professionals with ready-to-use, robust, ergonomic, and repairable tools, backed by flawless after-sales service. As they say — “Tools in good hands.”

The Challenge

Peugeot Outils Professionnels needed a platform that could:

  • Showcase two product ranges — an accessories range and a machines range — organised by professional trade (maintenance MRO, building, metal working)
  • Support machine registration — customers register their machines within 30 days of purchase for an extended 2+2 year warranty
  • Provide a dedicated after-sales service portal with repair handling committed within 48 hours after reception, operated by technicians who assembled the tools
  • Present strong warranty commitments — French-based customer service, 15-year spare parts availability, 24-hour response time
  • Manage resellers and importers alongside direct professional customers
  • Deliver institutional content — company history tracing back to Peugeot’s origins in 1810, and corporate values
