ANOM

The commerce back-office built for procurement.

ANOM is a multi-tenant commerce back-office for distributors and manufacturers: catalogue, prices per buyer, orders, quotes, PunchOut and EDI in one platform. On Intershop, it is the interface your teams use every day.

ANOM and Intershop

One interface
Quotes, approvals, prices, carts, after-sales and content in one place, organised by job. Intershop provides the foundation, ANOM is what your teams work in.
Intershop core untouched
ANOM drives Intershop through its API and never modifies the core, so upgrades stay simple.
Always up to date
You stay on the latest Intershop version. API changes and retired functions are absorbed by ANOM, with no impact on your teams.
Upgrades included
No migration project to budget when Intershop releases a new version.
Run by Aleph
Hosting, migrations, upgrades and fixes: our team runs Intershop for you.
Light and hardened
The whole application weighs about 50 MB, the size of 35 floppy disks. It runs in a minimal, hardened, read-only environment, and releases go out without downtime.

Sell at the right price

Pricing engine
One price per buyer, resolved at every request: named customer, segment or everyone, with a clear rule for which price wins.
Price lists
Negotiated grids with validity periods and quantity tiers, attached to a customer or a segment.
Promotion engine
Promotions with a simulator. Every order shows what each promotion actually removed.

Plug into your buyers' systems

PunchOut
Buyers shop from their purchasing system over cXML or OCI: SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle iProcurement, Jaggaer, Workday, SAP SRM or S/4HANA. The cart returns as a requisition.
EDI
Orders, despatch advice, catalogue and prices, and sell-out reports exchanged automatically and securely with each trading partner.
Approvals and ANOM Tappr
Buyer-side approval workflows by cost centre. Approvers decide from ANOM Tappr, our iOS and Android app: real-time notifications, swipe to approve, or approve a whole batch at once.

Media CDN
Product images in seven views and six sizes, product notices (PDF) in each language and structured product data, served from a CDN.

Take and fulfil orders

Quotes, carts and orders
Quotes converted into orders, recurring orders, and a view of every buyer’s open carts.
Payments
Card payment that never leaves a ghost order behind: the order is created when the buyer pays and cancelled automatically if the bank declines. Pay on account with each customer’s terms and credit limit.
Shipping
Carriers, zones and shipping rules.
After-sales
Buyers register their equipment with serial number and purchase date, see when the warranty ends and file a claim online with the invoice attached.
Sell-out and replenishment
Reorder suggestions based on what your customers actually sell.

Operate with confidence

Built-in WAF
Every request is filtered before it reaches the platform: probes of the admin area, requests for sensitive files, fake browsers. Malicious addresses are banned automatically, and you can ban one yourself in a click.
Compliance
VAT number and company checks, GDPR anonymisation.
Multi-language, multi-currency, multi-tenant
Each client is a configuration of the same platform, not a fork.
API and notifications
An API for your integrations, plus email and SMS notifications.
